Who We Are

Tradehunterr is developed by Kleden. We build tools that help users analyze charts, compare trading scenarios, and track simulated trade ideas. You can reach us at support@tradehunterr.com.

What We Collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect or process:

• Account information — email address, Sign in with Apple identifier, display name, profile settings, and authentication data needed to keep you signed in.
• Trading preferences — country, currency, default capital, risk percentage, and settings you choose in the app.
• Chart analysis inputs — chart images, ticker symbols, market context, capital, and risk settings you submit for AI analysis.
• AI outputs and saved trades — scenarios, confidence, entry, stop loss, targets, reasoning, selected trades, status, and performance outcomes.
• AI Master chat — prompts, responses, uploaded chart context, and related app context used to answer your questions.
• Subscription status — entitlement and purchase status managed by RevenueCat and Apple. We do not store your payment card details.
• Analytics and attribution — basic app usage events, onboarding events, install attribution, and conversion events through tools such as PostHog and AppsFlyer.
• Support messages — information you voluntarily send us by email, including screenshots or issue details.

How We Use Data

• To create and maintain your account.
• To generate AI chart analyses, daily signals, and AI Master responses.
• To save, display, and update selected trade ideas.
• To manage subscriptions and restore purchases.
• To improve onboarding, retention, reliability, and app performance.
• To respond to support requests and prevent abuse.

Third-Party Services

Tradehunterr may use trusted third-party services to operate the app, including Supabase for authentication/database/functions, RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management, Apple for App Store purchases and Sign in with Apple, PostHog for product analytics, AppsFlyer for attribution, and AI/model providers for generating analysis responses.

Photos and Chart Images

When you choose a chart image from your photo library, the app uses that image only for the analysis or AI Master request you submit. The app does not access your entire photo library without your permission.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store. Apple handles billing and payment details. RevenueCat helps us verify whether your account has an active entitlement.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not store your Apple payment card details.
• We do not guarantee trading outcomes or use your data to execute trades.

Financial Data Notice

Saved trades and analysis results are simulated planning records inside the app. Tradehunterr is not a broker and does not place trades for you.

Data Retention

We retain account, saved trade, and AI history data for as long as needed to provide the app and maintain your account, unless deletion is required by law or requested where applicable.

Your Choices

You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. For privacy questions or account data requests, contact us at support@tradehunterr.com.

Age Requirements

Tradehunterr is intended for users who are old enough to make independent app and financial-planning decisions in their jurisdiction. The app is not designed for children.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we may update this page and/or notify users inside the app. Continued use of Tradehunterr after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
