By downloading or using Tradehunterr, you agree to these terms. These terms include the Apple End-User License Agreement minimum terms required for iOS apps.
Tradehunterr is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, tax advice, or legal advice.
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is concluded between you and Kleden ("Developer") only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Kleden, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Tradehunterr application ("App") and its content.
The license granted to you for the App is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that such App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
Tradehunterr provides AI-generated chart analysis, scenarios, confidence estimates, entry levels, stop levels, target levels, risk/reward calculations, daily signals, and AI chat responses for educational and informational use only. The App does not provide personalized financial advice, does not recommend that you buy, sell, hold, or trade any security, and does not guarantee any market outcome.
You are solely responsible for your own investment and trading decisions. Always do your own research and consult a qualified financial professional before making financial decisions.
Markets are risky and unpredictable. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for your situation. Confidence percentages, targets, and risk/reward ratios are estimates and should not be treated as guarantees.
Saved trades inside the App are planning and tracking records. Tradehunterr is not a broker, does not execute trades, does not custody funds, and does not connect to brokerage accounts for order placement.
Tradehunterr may offer premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID via the App Store.
You agree to use the App lawfully and responsibly. You must not misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its services, submit unlawful content, or rely on AI outputs as your only source for financial decisions.
Kleden is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services with respect to the App, as specified in this EULA or as required under applicable law. You and Kleden acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
Tradehunterr is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. However, in the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you if applicable. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
You and Kleden acknowledge that Kleden, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of the end-user or any third party relating to the App or the end-user’s possession and/or use of the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
You and Kleden acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Kleden, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App, including Apple, data provider, analytics, subscription, and AI-service terms where applicable.
You and Kleden acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right, and will be deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce the EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
